The assistant is the consummate professional, displaying the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality. Stability and longevity, in addition to the most polished image was critical in this role due to the nature of the exposure. This applicant is able to handle multiple projects with poise and confidence. This position was not for the 'weak of heart', the manager is firm, but fair and unless the candidate had been able to work quickly and proactively this placement could not have worked.
