President of Creative Services
Jeff is the Founder and President of our Creative Services Division, Force One Entertainment NY/LA, which became a Bond Street Group Company in 2007. Jeff is a product of the entertainment industry. After graduating from law school, Jeff and his 2 brothers formed their own production and music publishing companies and were signed to a major recording contract with CBS Records-and they made the charts. Force One Entertainment NY/LA was later launched to guide young careers in the media/entertainment/creative arenas. F1E NY/LA has a clientele comprised of many of the most influential and accomplished creative companies and individuals in the world. Jeff is a master at navigating the complexities of talent acquisition for his many high profile and celebrity clients.
Steven V. Joerg Jr. heads up the IT Consulting practice at Bond Street Group and brings over 15 years of successful sales, account management and delivery experience. Prior to joining BSG, Steve successful founded and launched FinTech (now Aptask, Inc), a Technology consulting firm based in NJ and spent over nine years at Mitchell Martin, where he led the recruiting efforts for their Financial Services clients. He successfully built, trained and led a team of recruiters and account managers that became top vendors to clients like Citibank, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase and Credit Suisse. Steve was the top producer for six consecutive years before he left in 2009 to launch a start-up IT Consulting firm. Steve has a BA in Philosophy from Rutgers University and resides in Bergen County, NJ with his wife and 3 boys.

Suzanne is a staffing professional who has been with the Bond Street Group for over 5 years. As a team leader, Suzanne provides a highly ethical, balanced and insightful approach to working and developing relationships with both her clients’ and candidates. Her specialties include a variety of Global Banks, Finance and Accounting Firms as well as mid to large International and Domestic Corporations.

Sal has been recruiting for the Financial Services community for the past 20 years. His expertise lies in all functions within Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Compliance, Product Control and Quantitative Analysis.
Sal possesses an in depth detailed subject matter expertise of the Financial Services Industry and his solutions-based strategy allows him to provide customized consultative guidance to every client and candidate throughout the search process.
In his role as Managing Director, Sal is dedicated to ensuring that both he and his Financial Services recruiting team collaboratively work to deliver talent solutions that go far beyond job boards to target accomplished passive candidates; which is why clients seek him out to be their recruiting partner.
Tamara Ross has over eighteen years of recruitment/staffing experience with a national scope. First introduced to the industry while supporting the executive-level recruitment efforts of a family friend in Georgia, Tamara gained valuable experience from a high producing headhunter. She would later carry her fearless focus into an agency setting with Staffing Resources in Norcross, GA – an opportunity instrumental in honing Tamara’s sourcing and strategic recruiting skills.
After relocating to Tennessee from Georgia, Tamara joined Human Resources and Associates / HRA – a company that would quickly evolve into Staffmark, a national staffing service with offices in over thirty states. Tamara played a vital role in the rapid growth of Staffmark in the Middle Tennessee region as a key special projects team member with a specialty in branch start-ups and onsite vendor partnerships. During Tamara’s eighteen year tenure, she was able to market her recruiting skills through numerous corporate partnerships throughout the Middle Tennessee region as well as on a national level.
